3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: violate applicable law; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; upload data you are not authorized to share; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services; or use the Services for any purpose other than as intended.

All content on the Services, including articles published by Enfinitics Media and the design and functionality of Enfi, is owned by Enfinitics or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws, except for data you upload for analysis, which remains yours.

The Services are provided "as is". Enfi is currently in active development and its analytical outputs should be treated as decision-support, not as guaranteed conclusions. To the extent permitted by law, Enfinitics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

6. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Enfinitics operates as a UK sole trader. These English-language Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Note: the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to you follow the language version of these Terms you are using (English → England & Wales law; Japanese → Japanese law), reflecting that Enfinitics serves both UK/international and Japanese users.
