Enfinitics
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This notice explains how Enfinitics collects and uses personal data when you visit enfinitics.com and Enfinitics Media, or contact us. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). The enfi analytics platform will have its own notice when it opens.
Enfinitics is the trading name of Tasuke Yahata, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Tasuke Yahata is the controller of your personal data. Our contact email is contact@enfinitics.com, and our business address is shown on our Legal Notice page.
We do not ask for special category data (such as health or ethnicity), and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
We use a small number of strictly necessary items stored in your browser (local storage) to remember your language, colour theme and cookie choice. These do not need your consent.
Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are only set if you choose “Accept additional cookies” on the cookie banner, or turn on “Analytics cookies” under “Choose cookie settings”. If you choose “Reject additional cookies”, the analytics script is not loaded at all. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link at the foot of every page.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use to count visits, does not set cookies or use your browser storage, so it does not need your consent and runs for all visitors. It records only aggregated information and does not identify you.
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by approved contractual safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, email contact@enfinitics.com. We will respond within one month and there is normally no charge.
Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator: ico.org.uk, or 0303 123 1113.
We will update this notice when our services or the law change — for example, when the enfi platform opens. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
